Engraved, Unpainted, Wooden Liturgical Calendar for the Level I atrium.  Calendar is centered on a 14 inch square base and includes 52 movable prisms, seasonal arcs and 3 arrows. Calendar includes a lid which serves as the mute chart.  Work of the Catechist includes Painting the prisms, arcs and arrows, and varnishing the wooden parts.  The inside of the lid (as shown in the second picture) is where the child can move the pieces.  There are differences between the Level 1 Calendar and the Level 2 Calendar.  There is a Church engraved in the center of the Level 2 calendar, representing the Liturgy.  There is no church in the center of the Level 1 Calendar.  The Calendar is available with the prisms connected in sections (i.e. Advent, Lent, Sundays of Christmas, Sundays of Easter, Ordinary Time).  Engraved lines mark each of the connected Sundays.
